Medium sized and smaller businesses have until recently been excluded from this advantage due mainly to cost and the support required to maintain the service.

This has been changing and now thanks to the improvements in Cloud technology it is possible for all business to take advantage of Exchange technology, it matters not whether your organization is one person or many.

With the advancement of Microsoft Exchange software it is now even easier to provide your organization with an integrated Email and Management system. Allowing you to have your email, Contacts, Calendar, Tasks etc. held in a central, backed up environment. You will be able to securely access all of your data from anywhere you may be, in your office at your desktop, with your laptop at home or when you are away or from your Smart phone. All of your data is kept up to date and you will never miss and email again. It can also save you time managing appointments. You can enter your appointment on you Smart Phone or Outlook Client and the appointment will be synchronized with both devices.

If you have an appointment change or get cancelled a colleague can change that appointment at your office and it will automatically update your Smart Phone.

Keep all your contacts up to date in one place, no more concerns about having the incorrect contact details. Data update in your office or on the move is then updated on the central cloud server and then synchronized with any device authorized.

Your own Server

Microsoft Small Business Server brings together many server functions within one system. It acts as a secure file server enabling company and private folders. It will hold and manage all your email accounts, allowing local and remote access to them in real time. You can be sat at your desk or in any location viewing your mail from a Laptop, Smart Phone or, by using outlook anywhere, any internet enabled PC. Integrated with your mail accounts are Calendar features, contacts, both public (company) or private. These can also be viewed remotely on a laptop.

Shared Calendars can be used to view each other activity to enable setting up meetings at mutual convenient times. Also a company calendar or task specific calendar such as your work schedule can be created and viewed by any user given authority.
